Your satisfaction matters to us. While we take pride in quality checking every product, in the rare event of a problem, we offer a structured return/exchange process.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

- 1. You received a wrong product.
- 2. The product is damaged or defective.
- 3. The product has manufacturing faults such as torn stitching, print issues, or fabric damage.
Note: Returns or exchanges for reasons like size issues, color preference, or change of mind will not be accepted.
Time Frame

- 1. All return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Proof Required

- We require a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery.
- Also include clear photographs of the issue (wrong/damaged product).
Without a valid unboxing video and proof, returns/exchanges cannot be processed.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return/exchange:

- 1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- 2. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Exchange Process

- 1. Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
- 2. If the same product or size is available, we will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- 3. If a replacement is not available, we’ll offer you refund, based on your preference.
- Approved damaged or defective products Exchanges/Replacements will be delivered in 7-10 working days
Refund Policy
We provide refunds only in specific situations, as outlined below:

- 1. If a product is returned due to being damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we cannot provide a replacement.
- 2. If the order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window (see below).
Refunds are not applicable for:

- 1. Delayed delivery due to courier
- 2. Size/fit issues
- 3. COD orders (unless defective)
Refund Processing Time

- Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, etc.).
Order Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations Allowed Within 6 Hours
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care.
- After 6 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Post-Dispatch

- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once dispatched.
- In case of COD, refusing the parcel upon delivery without genuine reason may affect your ability to place COD orders in the future.
